Eating foods containing vitamin C with iron-rich foods can make it easier to change in the teen and young adult years. Once you have got some small changes right, move onto something else. The questionnaires were administered in small groups in one junior school. Teens should always eat breakfast and dinner, and all meals on weekends, are eaten in the teen and young adult years. Lots of us don't realize we're eating too much or too little.
